It´s official!!! My first book is done, fresh from the printers. And it looks so great.

 

My very first sample book with my personal Swedish favorites.This book is a celebration of the best that sweden has to offer when it comes to decorative painting. Both marble and wood, but also something extra that brings some sparkle to the samples! It contains three chapters ; marbles, wood graining and swedish history of decorative painting. It will give you a great insight to swedish decorative painting, both old and new techniques. The aim of the book is to draw attention to Sweden and decorative painting. I want to put Sweden on the decorative painting map!

 

I have been working so hard on this book and have spent so many hours in the studio these last couple of months, but now that it´s done it feels woth it. I´m super happy and so proud.  

 

All the pictures in this book is taken by Minnie Gyllenhammar.
